Quality Control Compliance Coordinator - Bloomfleld, CT


Support the Quality Management System (QMS) by processing manufacturing retained records into a usable electronic filing system.  Maintain the records retention by ensuring that the documents are legible and retrievable.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follows company policies and procedures with regard to the Quality System as they apply.

  • Assists the Quality Manager in collecting, organizing, monitoring, distributing, and reporting data and information related to quality system objectives.

  • Will be required to learn, and demonstrate a working knowledge of, all applicable aspects of Management Information system.

  • Maintains electronic copy of the quality system documentation folders.

  • Able to follow specific rules and guidelines established for the transfer of hard copy records into an electronic format.

  • Maintain the accuracy of all records, both hard copy and electronic for ease of retrieval.

  • Carries out other general responsibilities as required by Quality Manager or Site management

  • May assist in collecting\reporting of data in regard to product and process studies

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum GED or High school Diploma with administrative experience preferred.

  • Must have extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, and Outlook) , Adobe, and Windows Operating system.

  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
