Engineering - Bloomfleld, CT


We have several exciting opportunities in our Engineering Department for individuals with the following qualifications.
                                

INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION & CONTROLS ENGINEER:

  • Responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of various industrial automation systems. 
  • B.S. in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent experience in industrial control systems
  • Ability to work extended hours nd weekends.
  • Must hae minimum 5+ years of PLC programming and industrial automation experience
  • Servo systems, Vision systems and robotics knowledge is highly desired. 
  • Mitsubishi PLC experience a plus.                             
  • C#, VB, LabView experience a plus.
                                

MANUFACTURING ENGINEER - PLASTIC PROCESS:

  • Lead plastic process development for small injection mold componnts as well as contiues improvements efforts in injection molding department.
  • Use Design of Experimens (DOE), Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and other tools to indentify root causes when solving process problems .
  • Must have minimum 5 years of experience in plastics process and injection molding
  • B.S. in Engineering or Materials required.
  • Six Sigma Certificaton strongly preferred
  • Must be results oriented, hands on and a strong team player.  
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
  • Medical products manufacturing and clean room experience a plus.
