The Paliney In Vivo family of alloys were developed by Deringer-Ney as a replacement for conventional Platinum based alloys used in today's interventional and implantable medical devices. The IN Vivo series mirrors all the important characteristics the have made Platinum a favorite choice. The lower intrinsic metal value of Palladium and decreased density provides a significant economic benefit to your business. Deringer-Ney also offers a wide range of processes for producing ultra-small, precision components including Swiss-style screw machining for implants and copings, multi-station progressive stamping and mufti-slide forming using our line of Medical Fine-Wire. We also offer precious metal Fine Wire with a diameter less than .003" for your manufacturing process, along with flat, half round and rod stock in custom lengths and configurations.

As part of our integrated manufacturing process we also offer Injection & Precision Insert Molding. We specialize in components that must be produced to tight tolerances. Such as blood analyzers components, nerve sensing equipment and positioning sensors for medical instruments.

All of our facilities are ISO-9000 compliant and our Connecticut Facility is FDA registered and holds a ISO 13488 Medical Quality Standard registration.

Our on site materials scientists, including mechanical, electrical and manufacturing engineers, have decades of experience designing precision components and assemblies of all types and are available to help optimize your part's performance, ease of manufacture and cost.
