Deringer-Ney is a cold forming company with over 60 years of experience producing precision metal parts from a variety of materials. Our cold heading manufacturing facility in Marshall, North Carolina, USA, contains a wide selection of cold forming equipment, with cold forming machines for both primary and secondary operations. We have over 100 cold heading machines, all located in a clean, secure facility with sufficient capacity to produce billions of parts per year. And no order is too large or too small for our cold heading company

Bimetal contact production machines

We have machines suited for manufacturing cold formed parts from solid metals, and machines for producing cold headed bimetal contacts.

Our focus is small to medium sized parts, with wire diameters ranging from .010" (.172mm) to .375" (6.44mm).

Our in-house tooling capability allows us to develop tooling and parts quickly, at competitive costs.

Our technical staff includes cold forming engineers within the plant, plus materials scientists, mechanical engineers, and manufacturing engineers at the corporate level. Our R&D lab is world renowned for developing specialized alloys that solve customers’ problems. All of these resources are available to support our cold forming operation, and to assist with customers’ applications.
