Deringer-Ney ‘s contract manufacturing division produces medical devices, sensor components, and products for automotive and electromechanical devices.

We offer both Medical Device Contract Assembly and Medical Device Component Manufacturing.

Since we develop and manufacture several High Performance Biocompatible Metal Alloys, these are often designed in as components of medical devices or biological test assemblies.  These alloys are used where combinations of biocompatiblity, radiopacity, strenght and tarnish resistance are required. 

In addition being a materials manufacturer we also make fabricated parts used as functional elements in these devices.  As the manufacturer of both the material and the parts, we act as a "one stop shop" for medical device companies.

Contract assembly is done in our Nogales, Mexico facility to take advantage of competitive labor cost. Our manufacturing in Nogales is supported by the technical resources of the entire corporation, including US-based R&D and engineering.

Our history as a Medical Device Component Manufacturer dates back to the time when we produced gold foils for dental restorations. Since that time our component manufacturing capability has evolved.

Often, devices contain parts made Deringer-Ney’s broad range of manufacturing technologies, such as precision cold forming, stamping and microstamping, wireforming, welding, precision machining, custom insert molding or brazing.
