We can also design and build automated manufacturing cells to support higher volume production requirements.  One example includes high volume insert molding with integrated vision/mechanical testing, sorting and packaging.  Through the years, we have also developed many high throughput manufacturing processes for the fabrication of autostaked and autowelded contact assemblies.  Our automation development team controls the process from start to finish as design, development and build is completed internally.

 We have extensive tool design and build capabilities at facilities in Bloomfield, CT, Marshall, NC & Nogales, Sonora, MX.  State of the art wire and plunge EDM, along with high speed vertical machining are employed routinely for the production and ongoing maintenance of your stamped, cold headed or insert molded part tooling.
