Assembly Technician, CT - 1st Shift
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Perform basic assembly and test functions utilizing mechanical skills, hand and power tools, mechanical/electronic tools, test equipment, assembly fixtures and inspection measurement equipment in a production environment.

Required to hand deburr.

Able to operate single stage presses, and progressive die presses.

Produce and inspect assemblies for complete conformance to specification.

Rework malfunctions disclosed by test data.

Record test results on data forms.

Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications and quality directives.

Observe all safety rules and maintain a foreign object damage free work area.

Perform other related responsibilities. Packs product in accordance with specifications for various models and used prescribed methods to maintain quality standards for packing.

Flexible and responsive with a strong teamwork orientation.

Commitment toward quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Ability to work frequent overtime.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

Able to use a microscope for extended periods of time.
-
Occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds.
