Cold Heading Machine Operator Entry Level – Marshall, NC

We are seeking entry level positions to train and become Cold Heading Machine Operators. Training will be done on dayshift Monday-Friday.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • The aptitude to set-up and run production, making machine adjustments, and tool settings.
  • Ability to measure high quality parts to print and follow detailed work instructions per our ISO quality systems, required.
  • Must be proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and work instructions.
  • Experience with knowledge of cold heading machines is highly desirable.
  • Starting pay $13.00/hr and up depending on experience.
