Marketing Communications Specialist
Job Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for digital and email marketing campaigns to support marketing and sales teams.
Plan, execute and manage email marketing for internal and external customers. Development and management of e-newsletter distribution and digital subscriptions. Development unique and engaging content for digital campaigns.
Lead Gatekeeper - coordinate lead management process from lead sources (website, tradeshows) and work with sales teams to distribute effectively/efficiently. Identify lead capture and processing improvements. Coordinate general data cleansing activities to ensure data accuracy - Lead, Account, Contact and Campaign.
Analyze and report on campaigns and assess against goals. Grow and manage email database and act on previous behaviors/trends in or to plan future email marketing strategies, optimizing company communications.
Identifying and evaluating opportunities for improvements in existing programs as well as any potential new platforms.
Integrate/compliment email marketing with other marketing communication programs such as company website and tradeshows.
Work closely with Marketing, Sales and IT team. Work closely with manufacturing locations to implement solutions that gain efficiencies and give customers a positive, consistent, professional and personalized experience.
Recommend improvements related to processes and procedures.
Assist the development and ongoing administration of the sales and marketing database (CRM) to support ROI reporting and campaign performance.
Convey and maintain the Deringer Ney brand voice across all areas of communications.
When required support the marketing team and partner with Project Management teams to develop and implement marketing communications projects, including: sales tools, marketing collateral, advertisements, PR, tradeshow booths, websites, social media, corporate videos, direct/digital mail, and training materials.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing
Minimum of 7 years' experience in a Marketing role
Experience in developing new marketing communications strategies and programs such as digital nurture campaigns and company websites. A proven track record in planning and executing successful email marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
Ability to develop and deliver daily tasks needed to keep up with the demands of the business.
Experience in customer analytics, data management and segmentations. Experience in reporting and analysis of campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in devising engaging and consistent digital campaigns for the target customer.
Excellent written and communication skills with experience in documenting procedures for others to follow
The ability to undertake SEO and SEM.
Experience in B2B marketing, engineering/manufacturing industrial
Strong communication, organizational and project management skills.
Willingness to take a hands-on approach and manage stakeholders.
Microsoft Office Suite / Office 365 / Adobe Creative Suite / Social Media Platforms.
