Regional Sales Manager – East Coast US



  • Develop and implement strategies aligned with the brand strategy to attain or exceed their region’s sales goals, ensuring market growth.
  • Focus on major strategic accounts, as well as generating new business growth and competitive product offerings of custom precious metal alloys and precision components options into client specific industries and associated disciplines.
  • Cultivate relationships with current and future key opinion leaders across multiple specialties.
  • Conduct well planned inspirational sales meetings and impactful field rides, designed to convey product knowledge, industry expertise, enhanced selling skills, collaboration and teamwork.
  • Consistently evaluate sales results, taking action to develop skills where possible and / or make recommendations to enhance or correct behavior and / or sales performance.
  • Prepare regional business plan to identify the needs of both short and long term sales growth.
  • Submit accurate and timely annual regional budget and monthly sales forecasts.
  • Participate in trade shows by representing the company and sharing information on products and capabilities.
  • Ensure adherence to company compliance, policy and guidelines.


  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Prefer at least ten years of precious metal alloy and precision component sales experience.
  • Experience with precision metal stamping, insert molding, electrical contacts and micro manufacturing a plus.
  • The ability to travel as necessary is required in order to lead, manage and develop assigned region and team.
  • Strongly demonstrated leadership capabilities required.
  • Experience increasing product utilization and protecting existing business from competitors.
  • Strong work ethic and a record of accomplishment developing / mentoring sales support staff.
  • Candidate must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • High moral and ethical standards.
  • Must reside in the Northeast, preferably Greater Boston Metro area.
