Metal Stamping and Micro Stamping
DNI’s precision stampings are used in a variety of applications, such as semiconductor test, hearing aids, sliding and potentiometric contacts, medical devices, telecommunications, aerospace, and many others.
For Sliding Contacts – Potentiometers and Sensors
DNI produces a wide variety of spring contacts and contact brushes for slip rings, potentiometers, and sliding contacts. Paliney 7 and 8 are typical alloys for these devices.
Stamping Plus Automatic Staking and Automatic Welding
Our high speed welding and staking facility in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico, produces a wide variety of parts for electromechanical switches and relays. These generally include a precious metal electrical contact attached to a spring or terminal.
For Medical Parts
We stamp many medical parts for invasive and implantable devices. Certain Paliney alloys are materials of choice for medical device makers when corrosion and signal integrity are a priority.
DNI’s Paliney 7 and Paliney H3C alloys are used in both semiconductor fab and semiconductor test applications. Many of these parts are produced by stamping.
Our quality systems are supported by ISO 9001-2008 certification, and with the automotive specific clauses of TS 16949 including PPAP, APQP, and FMEA.
